Event Broadcasting System (EBS) provides the ability to broadcast voice, email, fax, SMS or desktop messages to multiple devices, customers, field management or emergency response teams quickly and on-demand. Broadcast messages can be either initiated by the IVR or through outside devices such as remote pagers, fax machines, mobile phones, email or SMS text.
The EBS platform is managed through a standard Web browser and may be accessed by any secure location on the network. Unlimited broadcast lists and call strategies can be created, and detailed monitoring and reporting of broadcasts are provided.
Broadcast lists can be created by exporting data from the customer’s existing database into the EBS system using an easy administrative interface. Custom lists can also be created that allow the customer to insert data directly into the broadcast database for call processing.
In addition, the EBS platform can be configured as an automated dialing system. This allows the system to be used for notifications and reminders.
