Product Details
The Voice4net family of IVR systems is based on telecom hardened latforms from name brand manufacturers. They are built and configured to handle important contact center applications as well as provide performance, reliability and flexibility. Each component is manually tested, configured and built to extensive specifications that ensurereliability and performance. Each IVR platform is bundled with Voice4net’s ePBX™ software.
 
Although Voice4net prefers to retain specific hardware configurations for many years for guaranteed support and obsolescence protection, many hardware manufacturers continually change and update available components and availability of certain hardware. Thus, internal components or configurations may change after this printing, but any update which occur will provide improvements in performance for the same pricing.
 
Also, with many of our newer implementations going 100% SIP based, we are now allowing some customers to provide their own hardware for specific requirements. We discourage this practice due to our comprehensive and guaranteed support agreements that cover everything from hardware to software to upgrades and custom modifications. However, more and more large enterprises are getting direct manufacturers support (i.e. Dell, HP, IBM) and those system will work just fine with our SIP based product with specific configurations. This requires minimum configurations and support agreement modification, so please check with your sales engineer prior to ordering or even offering this as an option. Again, it is better to just have Voice4net ship a turnkey system; the pricing difference is nominal even if the customer provides hardware.
 
The Premium Platform is the flagship of Voice4net’s IVR offerings and provides the most robust and powerful operating environment for IVR and database applications. This system is designed from the ground up as an extreme performance platform. All components of this platform are redundant and can accommodate the most mission critical IVR applicationrequirements.
 
The Premium Platform can accommodate the largest of enterprise contact centers. The platform offers up to 8 T1 connections and can be expandable to an unlimited number of T1 ports. Multi-core Intel Xeon processors provide a 1333Mhz front side bus that moves data from disk to memory rapidly.

When not to use…
 
Although this system will accept analog telephony boards for smaller connectivity requirements, it is generally price prohibitive for those types of applications unless ASR/TTS is required.
