Our support team offers technical product support, access to product updates and new releases, and additional support services. Voice4net maintenance agreements are comprehensive and include hardware, software and upgrade support for all components and packages that operate on the ePBX™ platform.
Standard Support
Standard Support is provided Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time excluding national holidays by our experienced help desk support team via phone and/or email. Equipment replacement is guaranteed within three days from the time of reported failure. Standard Support contracts are priced at 10%-15% of dealer pricing and is contingent upon the complexity of the project.
