Product Details
The S4100-CE consists of two units: a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter digitises/encodes video from analog cameras and transmits it over the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz license-free wireless bands. The receiver decodes the video and outputs it as a standard composite video signal which can be connected to a DVR or monitor.

Features:
  • 2.4Ghz or 5GHz Selectable Frequencies
  • Wireless IP Video Transmitter & Receiver Kit
  • Video/Audio/Data/Alarm I/O
  • Auto sensing Serial Port for PTZ/Speed Dome Control
  • 12VDC or 24VAC models
The S4100-CE is a wireless point-to-point link set for the digital transmission of video, audio, data and bi-directional alarm i/o.

TRANSMITTER & RECEIVER

The S4100-CE consists of two units: a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter digitises/encodes video from analog cameras and transmits it over the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz license-free wireless bands. The receiver decodes the video and outputs it as a standard composite video signal which can be connected to a DVR or monitor.

Advantages over analog wireless transmitters include:

  • 128-Bit AES Encryption
  • IP66 Waterproof Enclosure
  • 12VDC/24VAC Operation
  • Long Product Availability
  • Low Power Consumption
  • RS422/485 Data Transmission
  • Alarm I/O
  • Bi-Directional Audio
SERIAL DATA
An integrated auto-sensing serial port allows the user to connect a variety of supported PTZ or speed dome cameras to the S4100-CE. Users are then able to remotely control these cameras by transmitting data from the receiving end.

MULTI-BAND ANTENNA
Each S4100-CE wireless encoder features an integrated tri-band antenna. This allows the integrator to select the required frequency during installation. For longer range applications, the unit features an external antenna connection.

AUDIO
Bi-Directional audio is integrated into the unit. This is an extremely useful function which allows the user to listen to what's happening at the camera point, as well as talking to the point. Typical applications include remote gate surveillance and intercom communication and city-centre video surveillance.

SECURITY
SSL-based authentication helps secure configuration access, and AES encryption with rotating 128-bit key enables a high level of security during wireless video transmission.
