Shipping Information

 
 
How Will My Order Ship?

We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as quickly as possible, so we use the best delivery companies in North America. When shipping your order, we will use one of four different shipping methods: Ground, 2 Day Air, Overnight or Freight shipping services in the cont. USA. If international shipping, you will need to contact support@abcconf.com. For most items, more than one service will be available for you to choose from. Please note that there may be price differences if you choose to upgrade a shipping service.
 
Most of the time, the products are shipped from our location, but if limited on supply, the product(s) may ship from the manufacture. We will contact you prior to shipping in this case.
 
If you have any questions about shipping after placing an order, or while your order is on its way, you will notice, our emails (confirmation, status, tracking...) keep you up to date every 24-48 hours. You may always go online and access the status, tracking...of your order or past orders.  You can also contact us at 216.759.1459 or support@abcconf.com.

 
Ground Shipping

 

Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally, FedEx, but occasionally UPS). The average transit time is between 1-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the continerntal United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries can not be made to a PO Box.

 

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

 

Please note that if you purchase a large order, they may be shipped via Freight (on a pallet) instead, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Freight incurs an additional shipping cost (see below).

 

Delivery to a business address

 

For ground shipments (FedEx, occassionally UPS), delivery to a business address will be carried out during normal business hours Monday to Friday only. A signature will be requested on delivery. The carrier is not required to match the signature to the name on the package.

 

 

Truck Freight
 
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING WHEN ORDERS ARE IN LARGE VOLUME, WEIGHT FOR FULL ORDER IS ABOVE 50 LBS, UNIQUE ITEM THAT CAN NOT BE BOXED BY A STANDARD SHIPPERS,SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA. ETC. 

 

If the product that you are purchasing is a larger item, it will be shipped via Freight. Freight shipments usually take between 1-7 business days in transit to arrive (excluding pre-ship time).

 

The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. In general, you must be at home to receive the order. Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days. There may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned to the manufacturer for credit under our Return Policy.

 

After the product is delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is very heavy please ensure that you have assistance to remove it from the delivery truck. For an additional fee, the carrier can use a liftgate to remove the items from the truck for you. Inside delivery across the threshold of your home may also be available at an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can provide assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for more information on this service. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

 

Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days, and there may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned for credit under our Return Policy.  

  

Truck Freight - Liftgate

 

After the product is delivered to the shipping address, the carrier will use a liftgate (if a loading dock is unavailable) to unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is very heavy please ensure that you have assistance to bring the products inside. There will be an additional charge for this service.

 

Truck Freight - Inside Delivery

 

Inside delivery across the threshold of your business may also be available at an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can provide assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for more information on this service. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. There will be an additional charge for this service.
 
Truck Freight - Non-Commercial Destination
 
Non-Commercial delivery locations are unique to the carrier.  There is an additional charge for this service. Please contact us before placing your order for more information on this service.
 
Additional Shipping Charges
 
Batteries, monitors, carts, large volume orders, shipping outside the continental USA, and other heavy or uniquely shaped items, will have additional shipping costs.  You will be notified if there are additional expenses.

 
Special Shipping Methods

  

 

3-Day Express

 

If you select 3-Day Express delivery, your order will be delivered within three full business days (not including pre-ship time). The day of shipment is not included in this time. Please note that this does not include weekends or certain holidays. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box.

 

2-Day Air, or "Flat (Fee), 2 Day Air" for orders above $299 (can change at anytime)

 

If you select 2-Day Air delivery, your order will be delivered within two full business days (not including pre-ship time)*. The day of shipment is not included in this time. Please note that this does not include weekends or certain holidays. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Overnight (Standard or Priority)
Please call or email support@abcconf.com for Overnight shipments.

 

If you select Overnight delivery, your order will be delivered by the end of the following business day (not including pre-ship time)*. Please note that this does not include weekends or certain holidays. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box.


 
When Will My Order Arrive?

Each product on our website has a pre-ship processing time, which is the number of business days it will take for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Most products are in stock and ship within 24 business hours. 
 
For small parcel shipments: Depending on where you live, after the product ships, you will receive your item between 1 and 6 business days, using ground shipping in the continental United States.
 
If you requested any expedited services like 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, please note that this will not affect the pre-ship processing time in any way; it will still take a specified number of days to process and prepare your order before it leaves the warehouse.
 
 
For freight – additional services shipments: After your order has been shipped, the item will be delivered in 2 to 5 days. If the item is being delivered to a residential address (see above), an appointment for a delivery time will be made upon the arrival of your order at the local terminal. For deliveries to a commercial address, no appointment will be made. However, if you anticipate that there will be no one to accept the delivery on delivery day, you can contact ABC Conferencing to arrange an appointment (see above).


 
Is Free Shipping Really Free?

We want to offer you the lowest price possible. The price listed on the product information screen of the item you ordered is the price you will pay. Shipping is free if available at checkout, unless otherwise stated or you have requested additional services. There will be no surprises. We want to make shopping online at ABC Conferencing easy and convenient.  Free shipping is only available in the continental United States.


 
International Shipping
Currently our listed shipping rates are for orders to destinations in the continental United States and are subject to change if freight, international or other are required. Locations outside the continental United States will incur additional shipping expenses. 
All International order payments must be prepaid before shipment.  Any duties, taxes, or other country shipping costs are at the responsiblity of the customer/buyer/recipient. FedEx or UPS before/at delivery will contact you if there are any additional charges.
