Both on-site and remote training are available so that customers can receive the maximum benefit of their new Voice4net IVR solution. IVR training is tailored to each customer’s specific needs, depending on the number of people involved and the anticipated amount of time needed to accomplish the training. Voice4net provides 2 hours of free training during the first 30 days following installation completion. Additional training is available after 30 days as a professional services fee.
