Utility Inquiry is a self service application that provides utility customers with the ability to call and check on account status. Additional software can be added to allow for payments to be made over the Internet or by telephone. This application significantly reduces operating expenses and offers a faster, more efficient way of serving citizen contacts. (Requires 1400-EAP, 1400-XAP, or 1400-PAP).
