- Plug-in assembly can be replaced without powering down the chassis

- Provides cooling for the OPTI-6100 system
- Incorporates a filter, circuit board, and fans to provide forced air ventilation for the OPTI-6100 chassis and all of its associated modules
- Adds 16 environmental alarm inputs that are relayed to the System Controller Module (SCM) in the OPTI-6100 chassis for processing
- Requires OPTI-6100 System Release 3.0 or higher
