The EnGenius Customer Service Box provides either push-to-talk or push-once open channel VOX communication integration with the EnGenius Industrial Cordless handsets. It allows for customer assistance to be immediately provided to a customer at a gate, or in a store department. With the push of a button the EnQue Customer Assistance Box can ring to many EnGenius cordless handsets.
